Why pressure wash?

North Texas heat and humidity grow mildew and algae on concrete fast, especially on shaded walkways and north-facing patios. Left alone, it gets slippery, stains the surface and makes the whole house look older than it is.

A professional clean takes years off your home's curb appeal in about an hour. It's also one of the cheapest ways to get a house ready for guests, the holidays, HOA inspections or listing photos.

How we do it

  • Prep: we move small items, wet down plants and point out any existing damage before starting.
  • Surface cleaner on flat concrete: it gives an even, streak-free finish that a wand alone can't match.
  • The right pressure for each surface: gentler on wood, siding and soft stone.
  • Rinse and walkthrough: we rinse everything down and check the job with you, or send photos if you're away.

Pressure washing FAQ

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Not when it's done right. We use a surface cleaner that spreads pressure evenly and keep the nozzle at a safe distance. Older or damaged concrete gets a lower-pressure clean.

Can you remove oil stains?

We can usually lighten oil and rust stains a lot, but deep stains that have soaked in for years may not come out completely. We'll be honest about what to expect before we start.

How often should I pressure wash?

Most Plano homes look best with a cleaning once a year. Shaded areas, pool decks and anything under trees may need it every six months.

Do you use chemicals?

For most concrete, water and pressure do the job. For mildew, algae or soft washing, we use plant-safe cleaners and rinse your landscaping before and after.
