How we clean wood safely
Wood is soft. Too much pressure raises the grain and leaves fuzzy, gouged boards. We use a wide fan tip at low pressure and work with the grain, one board at a time. For heavy mildew we pre-treat with a wood-safe cleaner so we don't need to crank up the pressure.
We clean the side you ask for. If you want the neighbor's side done too, we'll just need their okay.
