How much does pressure washing cost?
Pressure washing jobs start at $125. Your exact price depends on the size and condition of the surface. Text us a photo and your address and we'll send a firm price before any work begins.
Are quotes really free?
Yes. Quotes are free with no obligation. Most of the time we can quote from a photo, so nobody has to come out first.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
Yes. When you book more than one surface or service in the same visit, we bundle the price. Just tell us everything you'd like done.
How do I pay?
After the job is done. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.
Scheduling
How fast can you come out?
It depends on the week, but we can often schedule within a few days. Text us and we'll give you the next open times.
What are your hours?
We work 7 days a week, 7am to 8pm. Text us anytime and we'll reply as soon as we can, usually within the hour.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach an outdoor water spigot and know what to clean, you don't need to be there. We'll confirm everything by text first and let you know when we're done.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop pressure washing, but storms do. If the weather is bad, we'll text you to reschedule at no cost.
The job itself
How long does it take?
A typical driveway takes 30 to 60 minutes. Larger jobs, like a driveway plus a back patio, usually take one to two hours.
What surfaces can you clean?
Driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, porches, pool decks, wood decks and stairs, fences, brick, stone and siding. If you're not sure about a surface, text us a photo and we'll let you know.
Will it hurt my plants or lawn?
No. We wet down landscaping before and after, and any cleaners we use are plant-safe.
Can you get oil stains out?
We can usually lighten oil and rust stains a lot. Very old stains that have soaked deep into the concrete may not disappear completely, and we'll tell you honestly before we start.
Do you bring your own water and equipment?
We bring all the equipment: pressure washer, surface cleaner, hoses and cleaners. We connect to your outdoor spigot for water.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave, or text us a photo afterward, and we'll come back and make it right.
